uscis-plainThe U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) have posted Question and Answers (Q&As) pertaining to the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) proposed new rule regarding attorney discipline program (see our yesterday’s news snippet “DHS’ New Rules of Professional Conduct for Practitioners“). The Q&As are mainly focused on who is authorized to represent applicants and petitioners in cases before DHS and its components, attorney eligibility, complaints against attorneys, etc. These new rule will become effective on March 3, 2010.
