USCIS to Celebrate Constitution and Citizenship Days

To commemorate the formation and signing of U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be celebrating Constitution Day and Citizenship Day at special naturalization ceremonies throughout the country.
