USCIS Publishes Revised Information Collection for Form I-360

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) have published a revised information collection for Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow, or Special Immigrant. The purpose of publication is to obtain comments from public and affected agencies. Written comments and suggestions should be directed to Department of Homeland Security (DHS), USCIS, Chief Regulatory Products Division, Clearance Office, 111 Massachusetts Avenue, NW., Washington, DC 20529-2210 before August 24, 2009. Comments may also be submitted to DHS via facsimile to 202-272-8352, or via e-mail at rfs.regs@dhs.gov.
