DOL’s Disclosure Data Files for FY 2009 are Open Now

The Department of Labor (DOL) has released disclosure data files for the 2009 Fiscal Year, which are available now for Permanent, H-1B and H-2B programs on the Foreign Labor Certification Data Center website. The Foreign Labor Certification Data Center is the location for the Online Wage Library for prevailing wage determinations, and the disclosure databases for the temporary and permanent programs. Users can access for databases or downloadable files by clicking one of the links mentioned on its FLC Data Center website www.flcdatacenter.com.
