DOL’s H2A Interim Final Rule

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) intends to further amend its regulations extending the transition period of the application filing procedures currently in effect for all H-2A employers with a date of need before January 1, 2010. The DOL invites comments on the H2A Interim Final Rule from interested persons till December 17, 2009.
