Advance Public Meeting Notice on FY 2010 Refugee Admission Program

To hear the views of interested parties on the appropriate size and scope of the President’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2010 Refugee Admission Program, the Department of State (DOS) has published an advance copy of notice of public meeting to that effect. The meeting is scheduled on Thursday, July 9, 2009 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Refugee Processing Center, 1401 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 700, Arlington, Virginia. Since, the venue has limited seating capacity; individuals interested to take part in the meeting are requested to notify the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration at (202) 663 – 1006 by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2009, to reserve a seat. Persons wishing to present comments must do so by writing and emailing them to spruellda@state.gov or fax to (202) 663 – 1364 by 5:00 on Thursday, July 2, 2009.
