Immigration Litigation Bulletin

The U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Office of Immigration Litigation – Appellate (OIL) has issued a fresh immigration litigation bulletin. According to DOJ, the purpose of the publication is to keep litigating attorneys within DOJ and Homeland Security informed about immigration litigation matters and to increase the sharing of information between the field offices and Main Justice. The views expressed in this publication do not necessarily reflect the views of the Office of Immigration Litigation or the Department of Justice.
