ICE Initiates Information Collection on Forms I-395 & I-312
April 30, 2009 – 11:15 am
Considering underwhelming response to its earlier information collection request on Form I-395 (Affidavit in Lieu of Lost Receipt of ICE for Collateral Accepted as Security) and Form I-312 (Designation of Attorney in Fact), the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has published additional 30 days notice of information collection request for review and clearance in the Federal Register. The ICE is accepting written comments and suggestions for additional thirty days until May 29, 2009. The affected agencies and public may direct their feedbacks on Form I-395 to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
